Koltex was founded in 1996 as part of the Colorex Group and, at the same time, one of the first specialist plants in Poland for wrapping PVC, aluminium and steel profiles. Today we are a large family company with 30 years of experience, a 1,400 m² plant in Kraków and nine active Fritz, DÜSPOHL, VPR and Gluetechnika production lines.

Profile-wrapping plant starts
Koltex is founded as one of the first specialist plants in Poland for wrapping PVC, aluminium and steel profiles. Launched within the Colorex Group.
- 2000
DÜSPOHL line and our own technology
Bringing in the German DÜSPOHL line and developing our own technology for applying film to steel and aluminium profiles — an innovation on the Polish market.
- 2001
Flat elements up to 1,300 mm
Launch of a machine for wrapping sheets and infill panels up to 1,300 mm wide, plus a dedicated line for wide profiles and sills.
- 2005
Machinery +2 lines
Expansion of the production hall and two more machines — consolidating our position as the largest domestic supplier of wrapped profiles.
- 2009
Sandwich panels
Launch of sandwich panel production in a full palette of colors — a response to growing demand for decorative joinery elements.
- 2019
VPR line
The purchase of a VPR line expands the plant’s machinery and increases production capacity.

Today Koltex is a family company, a 1,400 m² plant in Kraków and nine active lines — Fritz, DÜSPOHL, VPR and Gluetechnika. We work with the biggest joinery manufacturers in Poland.
