PVC profiles
Wrapping of PVC window profiles, door profiles and sills with Renolit Exofol, Hornschuch and Cova films, as well as layered door infill panels. Sealing and UV resistance confirmed by the film manufacturers.

Aluminium
Our own technology for applying film to aluminium profiles, developed in 2000 after bringing in the DÜSPOHL line. Full coverage, no visible edges. We also wrap exterior and interior roller-shutter elements and pressed sills.

Steel
Steel profiles wrapped with film using a dedicated, moisture-resistant Kleiberit adhesive. Full coverage with durable adhesion, even on elements exposed to outdoor conditions.

Gates, sheet metal, flat bars
Garage door panels wrapped with film using Kleiberit adhesive, up to 600 mm wide. Plus sheet metal and flat bars, steel or aluminium, wrapped to size on request.

Full-colour profiles
A full-colour window is a new trend in joinery — the foil covers not only the outer and inner faces but the core of the profile as well. The result is a uniform colour and texture across the entire window, even with the sash open. Visually indistinguishable from timber, with all performance parameters retained.

Consultation and film selection
Together with our process engineer we select the film, adhesive and parameters for the specific profile and the expected warranty.

Production preparation
Profiles are cleaned and conditioned in an air-conditioned hall. Film is cut and calibrated to the batch dimensions.

Wrapping
Film application on nine production lines. Constant control of temperature, pressure and speed — high repeatability across the entire batch.

Quality control
Inspection of every batch: film adhesion, edges, color.

Packing and shipping
Profiles are protected with a protective film, marked with a batch number and shipped within 5–10 business days of order confirmation.
Over ninety decors, including ones you can’t tell apart from solid wood.

The protective film applied to wrapped elements must be removed within three months of the service. After that period we are not responsible for any difficulty in removing it or for adhesive residue.
